At Termishield, we hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are members of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and Indiana Pest Management Association (IPMA). We offer both traditional and eco-friendly treatment options because protecting your home shouldn’t mean compromising your family’s health or the environment.

Every technician on our team lives and works in this community. We know Indiana’s pests because we deal with them every season, in homes and businesses just like yours, and every job we take on is backed by our warranty: if a treated pest problem returns, we come back and take care of it at no additional charge.

Due to the demand from our customers, we have expanded throughout Michigan and Indiana. When we expand into new areas, it is because our customers have asked for it, which led to the opening of our new office in the Carmel/Indianapolis area.

Tim Bannon is the founder, president, and owner of Termishield Termite & Pest Protection, and his path to starting the company explains a lot about why Termishield operates the way it does.

After serving in the military, Tim went to work in his family’s pest control business, starting on the tools as a technician and working his way into management. When the family decided to sell the company to a national chain, Tim watched the customer service standards he’d built his career around get set aside in favor of corporate efficiency. It wasn’t something he was willing to accept.

In 2007, at the recommendation of a long-time customer who believed in what Tim stood for, he founded Termishield in Mishawaka, Indiana. Nearly two decades later, that same commitment to honest, personal service, the kind a national company can’t offer, is still the reason customers call, and the reason they stay.
